India’s two-wheeler market ended March 2026 on a strong note, with most manufacturers reporting healthy growth across segments. Demand for motorcycles, scooters and electric vehicles remained robust, helping brands close the financial year with solid numbers.
Hero MotoCorp March 2026 Sales
Leading the pack, Hero MotoCorp posted total dispatches of 5,98,198 units in March 2026, up from 5,49,604 units in the same month last year. Domestic sales stood at 5,52,505 units compared to 5,10,086 units, while exports grew to 45,693 units from 39,518 units. Motorcycles continued to dominate volumes at 5,32,383 units, while scooter sales rose to 65,815 units from 42,963 units a year ago. The company also reported strong retail momentum, with 5,42,436 VAHAN registrations during the month.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India March 2026 Sales
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India followed with total sales of 5,49,145 units in March 2026, marking a 29 per cent year-on-year growth. Domestic volumes accounted for 5,12,303 units, while exports stood at 36,842 units. The strong March performance helped the company end FY26 with total sales of 63,69,504 units, including 57,49,275 units in domestic sales and 6,20,229 units in exports, registering a 9 per cent growth over FY25.
TVS Motor Company March 2026 Sales
TVS Motor Company reported total two-wheeler sales of 4,98,134 units in March 2026, up 25 per cent from 4,00,120 units in March 2025. Domestic sales rose to 3,72,383 units from 2,97,622 units, also reflecting a 25 per cent growth. Segment-wise, motorcycle sales increased to 2,32,788 units from 1,96,734 units, while scooter sales grew to 2,17,624 units from 1,66,297 units. The company’s EV portfolio also saw strong traction, with sales rising 44 per cent to 38,877 units from 26,935 units last year.
Suzuki Motorcycle India March 2026 Sales
Suzuki Motorcycle India recorded total sales of 1,28,227 units in March 2026, registering a modest 2 per cent growth over 1,26,164 units in March 2025. Domestic wholesales stood at 1,05,397 units, slightly lower than 1,05,976 units last year. However, domestic retail sales rose 11 per cent to 1,08,661 units from 98,176 units. Exports also grew to 22,830 units from 20,188 units.
Royal Enfield March 2026 Sales
Meanwhile, Royal Enfield continued its strong run, reporting March sales of 1,12,334 units, up 11 per cent compared to the same month last year. The brand also achieved a major milestone for the financial year, crossing 12,38,659 units in FY26, reflecting a 23 per cent growth and marking its highest-ever annual sales. This is the second consecutive year that the company has crossed the one million sales mark.
